Booking an Appointment

Please book an appointment for your blood test, using the following link: https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/homerton.php

There is a limited walk-in service, and we cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you do not have an appointment.

If you are not able to book online, please call 07342068763 (Mon -Fri 8am-5pm) to book an appointment by speaking to a member of staff or leaving a message. Messages are monitored regularly, and you will be informed of your appointment.

We will send your blood sample to our laboratories for analysis. The results will be sent to the GP or doctor who requested them.

COVID-19 vaccine update

We urge everyone eligible who has not yet had their first vaccine to book on the national booking system or call 119. 

If you have had your first vaccine, please make sure you have your second vaccine to ensure maximum protection. 

If you have specific concerns about taking the vaccine and would like to talk to a health professional please contact your GP.

Getting the help you need 

Some consultations are over the phone and via video but we will assess your situation and invite you into the practice if needed. 

We can arrange same-day appointments if you need urgent care but please don't visit without an appointment. Appointments will be held in the best way to keep you safe from Covid.   

You can also contact 111, day or night, for other urgent health advice - including if you have concerns about your Covid-19 symptoms. 

Please remember that 999 and A&E are for emergencies.

New Service - Pharmacy referral 

Please check our latest Referrals and Self-referral Services available in City and Hackney where patients can self-refer themselves or contact the GP to arrange a referral.

The meeting will be friendly and informal. We will meet on Zoom but you can participate without a computer, mobile or tablet from your landline. You can send us questions in advance.
